Τι πιο απολαυστικό για ένα καλοκαιρινό βράδυ από ένα δροσιστικότατο απεριτίφ! Παρότι δεν είμαι ιδιαίτερα fan των αλκοολούχων ποτών το Aperol Spritz με ξετρέλανε! Με ένα φωτεινό πορτοκαλί χρώμα και μια χαρακτηριστική γλυκόπικρη γεύση συνοδεύει τα απογεύματα των Ιταλών κυρίως του Βορρά. Η συνταγή πάρα πολύ απλή...Σε ένα ποτήρι - φούσκα ρίχνεις πάγο και μία φέτα πορτοκάλι και προσθέτεις: 3 μέρη prosecco (λευκό αφρώδη οίνο), 2 μέρη Aperol, 1 μέρος σόδα και έτοιμο!!!
Θα το πιεις και θα με θυμηθείς...Και όπως λένε οι γείτονές μας: "Salve"!

What could be more delicious for a summer evening than a cool aperitif! Although I'm not a fan of alcohol Aperol Spritz made me crazy! With a bright orange color and a characteristic bittersweet taste it accompanies the evenings mainly of the northern Italians. The recipe, too simple... In a bubble - glass you put ice and a slice of orange and you add: 3 parts of prosecco (white sparkling wine), 2 parts of Aperol, 1 part of soda and it is ready!!!
You will drink it and you'll remember me...And as our neighbours say: "Salve"!
